West Coast Presale

West Coasters will be able to purchase Secret Station tickets from 12PM to 4PM on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 July 2026 in person at the West Coast Wilderness Railway box office at 1 Driffield Street, Queenstown.

Your Ticket

After you have made your ticket purchase, a confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you. You will not receive your tickets until you arrive on site at Queenstown Station for check-in on the day of the event.

On the day of the event, you should arrive at Queenstown Station at 6PM, in plenty of time for check-in and boarding. On arrival you will need to present your booking confirmation at the West Coast Wilderness Railway box office, where a staff member will check you in and hand you a physical ticket. The ticket will tell you which carriage to board and your allocated seat number. All seating on the train will be allocated and you will be expected to take your seat on the carriage allocated on your ticket. Upon boarding, a steward will show you to your allocated seat.

Pay It Forward

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience Secret Station. While programming at Queenstown Station is free, our Pay It Forward initiative helps make ticketed aspects accessible too.

If cost is a barrier, you can request a free ticket, no explanation required. If you're able to, you can also Pay It Forward by adding a donation when booking your own ticket, helping someone else experience Secret Station.

Every contribution helps broaden access to art and culture on the West Coast.

Requests for tickets have now closed. We will follow up on requests in order when we receive Pay It Forward ticket donations.
