Tickets entitle the holder to attend the event at the date, time and location stated on the ticket and/or selected at the time of purchase through official booking channels. For the safety and enjoyment of all patron, Secret Station ticket holders should note and abide by the following:

Event

1. Secret Station is a public event. Tracks Café will be open as usual with Secret Station programming and an adapted menu in place from 6PM until close. Only valid ticket holders over the age of 18 will be permitted to enter Lynchford Station.
2. Concession prices are available to Pensioners, Senior Card holders, Health Care Card holders, Full Time Student Card holders, and West Coast locals.
3. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided.
4. Secret Station is a licensed event. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on to the premises of any Secret Station venue. Responsible service of alcohol will be adhered to in accordance with the venue liquor licenses.
5. Patrons enter Secret Station at their own risk and must adhere to all house rules.
6. Secret Station assumes no responsibility for the personal property of patrons.
7. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
8. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be brought into the venue except where expressly authorised. The right is reserved to film any event for promotion, broadcast or telecast.
9. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to Secret Station’s terms of admission.
10. Secret Station honours companion card holders, with ample advance notice. 
11. Further terms and conditions as stated at ticket collection may also apply.

Tickets

1. There will be no pass outs from Lynchford Station.
2. Late arrival for ticket holders may result in non-admittance. Admission is at the discretion of event staff.
3. Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from authorised points of sale.
4. No food or beverages are permitted on the train.
5. Ticket holders are to abide by the directions of the stewards on your carriage or bus.
6. Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. The Unconformity reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased that are suspected of being used in this way. Scalping warning: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
7. The operator has the right to inspect and/or impound any baggage or parcels.
8. Ticket holders must not travel if unwell.
9. For the purposes of patron safety during an emergency, train ticket holders must be physically able to disembark the carriage in circumstances where there may be no platform, and independently travel a short distance along uneven ground. Patrons unable to independently meet these safety requirements are advised to purchase a bus ticket.
